It was cold and windy on Sunday - Day 2 of the
Kinetic Sculpture Race- but we went down to watch them launch those weird creations into the Eureka bay... What motivates someone to do this? Who knows but it has been going on for years, and even brings tourists to our little city by the bay. I met a woman who had seen it on T.V. and came out from Kansas City to see the whole thing.
