Another quick meal idea

As I try to avoid a trip to town just for a few groceries, I am getting very creative in the kitchen.
Spaghetti Squash :
Cut a large spaghetti squash in half, and place both sides face down in a baking dish.
Add 1/2 inch water.
Bake on 400 till you forget about it.
While that's cooking fry
 onion, garlic, tofu and peas...
or any assortment of veggies
..or don't.
Then...when the squash is done scape it into bowls with a fork.
Add nutritional yeast, tamari and flax seed oil.
Top with the veggies...and you are done.

Oooh! Yippee, I have found you, all published and everything! Now, although I may not get to spend as much time with you as I would like, at least I get to see what kind of fun you are up to! Much love to you my dear friend.

Oh, and I just realized that you must have no idea who "Little" is... it's Jessie! Hi there, yes, it's just me!

Yum...I love this meal idea! I found you through valentina and enjoyed perusing your blog! we just moved from an off-the-grid farm to small town life and i'm enjoying the internet (which we didn't have) and conveniences, but feel the taming of the children without our goats and huge gardens. so sweet to read of your homestead.
